Dispatch Pro is owned and operated by Logix Investment LLC, a Texas limited liability company (“Logix Investment LLC,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). References to Dispatch Pro in these Terms mean the products and services offered by Logix Investment LLC, including the Dispatch Pro website and related applications. By accessing or using Dispatch Pro, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.
Permission is granted to temporarily use the Dispatch Pro platform for your business operations. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not modify or copy the software or use it for any commercial purpose without proper authorization.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
Usage of Dispatch Pro is subject to subscription fees. We reserve the right to change our pricing upon notice. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in your service agreement.
If you opt in to Dispatch Pro SMS Updates, we send informational job-status texts to the mobile number you provide. Each SMS use case requires its own consent. Reply STOP to cancel and HELP for help. Logix Investment LLC, Dispatch Pro, and their suppliers shall not be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the platform.
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. You agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of Dispatch Pro shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Collin County, Texas, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
"We protect customer data with company-scoped accounts, role-based access, and encrypted connections. We do not claim SOC 2 certification or a public uptime SLA unless it is in your written agreement."
