This Privacy Policy is issued by Logix Investment LLC, a Texas limited liability company (“Logix Investment LLC,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), which owns and operates Dispatch Pro. We collect information you provide directly when you create an account, schedule a service, or communicate with our support team. This may include your name, email address, phone number, mobile number, physical address, company details, customer records, job records, invoices, labor hours, electronic signatures, SMS message content you send through the app, SMS opt-in / consent records, and device identifiers used to keep you signed in on the Dispatch Pro mobile app.

Dispatch Pro collects location data to enable live technician tracking for dispatch even when the app is closed or not in use. The Android and iOS apps access LOCATION data, including approximate location and precise GPS. We collect location while the app is in use and, if you grant “Allow all the time” / background location permission, we also collect location in the BACKGROUND when the app is closed or not in use. Location is used only for field-service operations: live technician tracking for dispatch, job-site check-in and clock-in/clock-out, and verifying a technician is at an assigned job. Location is shared only with authorized company users (dispatchers, managers, admins) and the service providers that host the app. We do not sell location data and do not use it for advertising. You can deny or revoke location permission in your device settings; live dispatch tracking will not work without it.

With your permission, the app may access the CAMERA (photos of jobs, attachments, and profile images), the MICROPHONE (voice notes or in-app calls), and POST NOTIFICATIONS (job updates, dispatches, and messages). These permissions are optional except where a feature requires them. Notification tokens (such as FCM) may be stored so we can send job alerts to your device.

If you opt in, Dispatch Pro may send informational notification SMS (for example, job status such as technician on the way or job complete, and related appointment or service reminders) to the mobile number you provide. These messages are notifications only—not marketing or promotional SMS. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel, HELP for help. Mobile numbers and SMS opt-in / consent data are handled as described in Data Sharing below and are never sold or shared for marketing purposes.

We use the collected data, including location data, to provide, maintain, and improve our services; schedule and dispatch technicians; process transactions; send service notifications; and respond to your requests. We do not sell your personal data, location data, mobile numbers, or SMS opt-in / consent data to third parties.

Location and other personal data are shared only with your company account (authorized teammates such as dispatchers and managers) and with service providers we use to operate the app: cloud hosting, Stripe (payments), Infobip (SMS delivery), Firebase (push notifications), and maps. We do not share location with advertisers. We do not share, sell, rent, or transfer customer mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in / consent data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are excluded from any category of data sharing or selling described in this policy; that information is used only to deliver the SMS programs you opted into and to comply with carrier and legal requirements. We may disclose information if required by law.

Account, job, customer, invoice, GPS check-in, signature, and SMS log data are kept for as long as your company account is active, unless you or a company administrator delete records in the app. Change-history (audit) logs are retained for the period configured by your company (default one year). You may request deletion of personal data by contacting [email protected] or using in-app delete where available.

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your personal information, including location data, from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. This includes encryption in transit, access controls, and regular security reviews.

We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to analyze trends, administer the website, and track user movements on the website. You can control the use of cookies at the individual browser level. Website cookies are separate from mobile GPS location collection described above.

This Privacy Policy is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to this Privacy Policy or our processing of personal information shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Collin County, Texas, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts, except where applicable privacy law requires a different forum or process.
