Pricing FAQs

What counts as a user?

Each person who logs into Dispatch Pro (dispatchers, technicians, admins) counts as one user. You can invite up to the plan limit and add or remove users as your team changes.

Is there a long-term contract?

No. Plans are month-to-month. You can cancel anytime. Annual billing is available for Enterprise customers and may include a discount.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit cards and, for Enterprise, invoice billing. Payment is processed securely through Stripe.
