Each person who logs into Dispatch Pro (dispatchers, technicians, admins) counts as one user. You can invite up to the plan limit and add or remove users as your team changes.
No. Plans are month-to-month. You can cancel anytime. Annual billing is available for Enterprise customers and may include a discount.
We accept major credit cards and, for Enterprise, invoice billing. Payment is processed securely through Stripe.
Build Logix is a separate takeoff and estimating product, billed per company rather than per estimator. Takeoff is $149 per month (up to three users, unlimited projects). Estimate is $249 per month (assemblies, proposals, awarded-job handoff, up to eight users). Enterprise is custom. Plans are month-to-month.
