Infobip attachment. This is the single complete opt-in file for Campaign SMS Updates. Print to PDF (Ctrl/Cmd+P → Save as PDF) and upload this one file. Do not attach a screenshot and a separate program PDF.

Opt-in is written consent captured on the Dispatch Pro Add / Edit Customer form (Customers → Add New Customer or Edit Customer). The customer provides a mobile number. SMS program checkboxes default to unchecked. A box is checked only after the customer is shown or read the disclosures below and agrees to that specific program. Staff must also confirm that the disclosures were presented. Consent is stored on the customer record. SMS for a use case is not sent unless that use case is opted in.
This is a complete call-to-action: mobile number + per-use-case checkboxes + required disclosures + confirmation, on one screen. It is not a generic “communication preferences” toggle.
The following is the full customer-facing / staff-presented SMS consent section, in order.
Step A — Customer contact (same form)
Full name *
Mobile number (for SMS) *
The number above is used only for the SMS programs the customer selects below.
Step B — Dispatch Pro SMS Program (call-to-action)
Optional. Each program requires its own consent. Checkboxes start unchecked. Only check a box after the customer has been shown or read these disclosures and agreed to that program.
By checking a box, you agree to receive that program’s SMS from Dispatch Pro at the mobile number provided. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel. Reply HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase or service. Privacy Policy · SMS Terms · Terms of Service. Help: reply HELP or email support@dispatch-pro.com.
Step C — Save
Staff selects Create Customer or Update Customer. Consent is stored per use case on the customer record. Dispatch Pro will not send Job status update SMS unless Job status updates is checked and the confirmation is checked.
A single “SMS notifications” checkbox is not used. Each use case has its own checkbox so the customer can consent to job status updates without consenting to reminders or video-call texts.
| Use case | Separate opt-in? | Sent on Campaign SMS Updates? |
|---|---|---|
| Job status updates | Yes — own checkbox | Yes. This is the campaign being registered. |
| Appointment reminders | Yes — own checkbox | No. Requires a separate campaign if used. |
| Video call invitations | Yes — own checkbox | No. Requires a separate campaign if used. |
| Marketing / promotional SMS | Not offered | No. This program does not send marketing texts. |
Only informational job status messages. Examples:
Messages identify Dispatch Pro, state the job/status, and include STOP. They do not include appointment-reminder copy, video-call links, or marketing offers.
Reply STOP to cancel all Dispatch Pro SMS from this number. The customer will receive no further SMS Updates (or other Dispatch Pro SMS from this sender) after a STOP request is processed. Reply HELP for help, or email support@dispatch-pro.com. Customers can also uncheck a program on their customer record so that use case is no longer sent.
Prior submissions split a screenshot of generic communication preferences from a PDF that described SMS use cases. Infobip asked for one complete, reviewable opt-in. This file is that packet: flow, separate consents, sample messages, and disclosures together.
